I’m Kendrick, owner and personal chef behind CK Signature Catering. I bring nearly 20 years of food-service experience, including six years in U.S. Air Force Services, high-volume kitchen operations, and formal culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu.

I specialize in bold comfort food, signature pastas, crispy wings, house mild sauce, brunch, and customized catering menus. My background includes preparing food for hundreds of people, inventory and cost control, food safety, back-of-house operations, and shift leadership.
