Chef Cortez is a personal and private chef creating elevated, intimate dining experiences rooted in connection and thoughtful hospitality. My approach blends contemporary Southern American flavors with refined comfort and intentional presentation.
Drawing from fine-dining and membership-club hospitality, I design menus that balance familiarity with indulgence — always centered on quality ingredients, warm service, and intentional connection.

I have booked with Cortez a couple of times and every time there is a guarantee that the food will be flavorful and exceed my expectations. It is astonishing his capability to create multiple different meals for large parties within a couple hours. The range of of appetizers, dinner and desert all come out delicious every time. I have booked for a birthday dinner, Friendsgiving (still think about this meal often), and private dinners for 2 at home. He is very good at helping come up with menu options as well when you aren’t exactly sure what you want. My favorite thing about booking with Cortez is also the hospitality. His work always feels upscale and professional yet simultaneously friendly and intimate. If you’re looking for someone to provide consistent amazing service and food this is definitely your chef!
