About
When a Jewish person finds a love partner who is not Jewish, it can be a challenge to be able to find someone who will help them sanctify the day and help navigate similarities and differences. I have officiated hundreds of weddings, both Jewish and interfaith weddings, and recognize that each couple is unique. I work with the couples individually to help make their occasion meaningful, memorable and joyous. Often, this is the beginning of a relationship that includes celebrating future lifecycle events together.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial email or phone call, we set up a personal meeting to determine the kind of ceremony you'd like. If outside the Houston area, we can use Zoom or Skype or Facetime for our meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience as a congregational rabbi, still working with the same congregation from 1998. A large percentage of my congregants are from interfaith families. I am often called upon as a public speaker for other religious communities to teach about Judaism. I am also a trained facilitator for Prepare-Enrich, a pre-marital program to help couples clarify their goals for marriage.
