About

Hi! Although some of you may know me as Chef JP, my name is Jai Payne. I'm a self-taught South Louisianan Cajun cook. I relocated to Dallas, TX in 2013. I've been cooking for eight years, but only in the past year and a half have I turned professional. I am 27 years of age.

I can prepare anything you want for, but I specialize in Cajun cuisine. I used the barter system in college, I'd exchange services for home-cooked meals. Once I become aware of how great my meal actually tastes.

I made the decision to become more dedicated to the art of cooking. My intention is to completely satisfy. I want you to believe that everything on your to-do list has satisfied your needs. Whether you want to alter your diet for health, fitness, or just to become a better version of yourself. Each meal should taste as good as it feels like it does.
