He was prompt, quick to answer the phone, and put incredivbly thoughtful effort into each dish. The dishes themselves were not just wonderful tasting food, they opened doorways to meaningful conversation and a deepening love between my family.
Chef Augustino is proficient in cooking all kind of cuisine but went the extra mile, researching how to make foods that reminded my grandmother of home. To cook with soul and love i believe are the two best words to describe his cooking. My grandmother as well as my whole family were never leaving a speck of food on the plate, he made delicious stuffed veal, a slow simmering tomato soup that was heart felt, and the best gift of all was a memorable evening with my family.
He was professional in his boundaries, giving us light filled and charming stories about cooking and cuisine, while remaining polite and allowing us to share intimate moments of joy and remembrance with my family.
I recommend you hire Chef Augustino for your next event and Im confident he will be thoughtful and full of great ideas for whatever the occasion may be.
