What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want to know what's the occasion how many people, I want to know what my customer wants then we move to menu, location, timing , place of preparation, we work out all details so that when the day comes everything will go smooth and easy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Read many culinary books and seen videos, but all my training was done in my kitchen feeding my family for over 20 years, hand down recipes and techniques from my family, trail and error also helped, striving for the best dish and passion got me on my way
