Whichever you prefer. I started in culinary at the age of 14 and continued my education in which I’ve received my Associates Degree as well as my Bachelor’s degree.
I’ve been a professional chef for over 20 years and event planning for the past 5 years. I love to create that five star experience no matter the event or destination.
It’s nothing like bonding over great food and creating amazing memories. It’s more than just cooking or a job for me…It’s a passion that I love and care for. So, I believe in providing an exceptional yet, memorable experience for all of my clients.

Chef Dana came to do my daughter’s birthday party it was a 1920’s great gatsby theme party and it was beyond wonderful. All the food met the time line and was set up beautifully. Everyone enjoyed her company and her food . I can’t wait to use her again 🥰
