My wife and I hired Chef Tater for a 4-day weekend for our family and he was AMAZING!
He cooked four meals for us at our stay in Broken Bow and the kids and us loved it all. He was great with my kids and got them to eat veggies!! The last night he was there he helped make cookie ice cream sandwiches with our boys. Loved his steak!!
Very chilled out and funny chef for sure.
We are planning a summer vacation soon and planning on his stay as well.

We hired Chef Tater for my 40th birthday party and everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! We will definitely hire him again for any of our milestone events we have in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you, Chef Tater!

Very organized and very professional! Chef Tater gave us an unbelievable evening with our guests who are still talking about this night! He made everything fresh right from our kitchen and brought his own cooking supplies and plates/utensils, etc. He started with a salad with crab cakes (guests were asking for seconds!), next served steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus and ended the evening with a delectable cheesecake. My wife and I cannot rave enough about him and the food he served! He also cleared the plates and made us feel like we were at a restaurant in our own home. We will definitely be having him back for his acclaimed Italian Night complete with a wine pairing. Cant say enough about him and the wonderful experience we had!

My wife has used Chef Tater for years now, with having a child with medical issues this allows my wife time to care for him. Tater is very professional, clean and makes awesome food. He has made several things were previously my kids would not eat if we made it, however Tater has that touch and our kids actually eat their veggies!! We are gluten free family so everything he does is GF friendly.

Chef Tater has been a pleasure to work with all around. He has catered many events for me. From a Wedding with 200 people to a Baby Shower with 50 people, Chef Tater delivered quality food that the guests raved about (especially his chicken). Chef Tater is very responsive and quickly got me options and quotes. He will go the extra mile making sure everything is offered and taken care of. Above all, the food was terrific - which of course is the #1 goal of the host!
