I cook true Southern BBQ in Utah, I moved out here from Tennessee in 2013 and founded my Bbq business few years later. I've been cooking BBQ for 30 years of my life and learned from a couple of the best pit masters in southern middle Tennessee.
I was missing the BBQ I grew up on and it has spread like wildfire around Park City Utah. I love when people tell me it's the best bbq they have ever had and rumors have it that it's the best in Utah
