Chef Ryan Gordon has spent over the past decade uniquely refining and sharing his culinary talent from the West Coast to the Middle East. Specializing in scratch cooking beginning with whole ingredients, lovingly sourced and simply presented.
His culinary journey began in downtown LA under the wing of Chef Felix Barron as sous chef and continued through various restaurants, boutique catering kitchens, farms and markets.
He applies techniques acquired from his experience in the Mediterranean, North African, and Latin/Caribbean regions.
His intent is to establish positive, considerate relationships with clients, their families and guests while continually serving inspiration through nourishing, high vibe ingredients, thoughtfully composed to provide uplifting, balanced, and sustained energy.
