I’m a restaurant owner of four restaurants in Zimbabwe, with a food truck and catering business in Lindon Itah. I am a seasoned chef, I know flavor, presentation and enjoy creating foods from different cultures and cuisines.
All of the recipes we use in our Pogos restaurants were created by me.
We sell Pogos sauces online, and just this past Christmas sold signature desserts online.
I’m clean, fast, creative and efficient in my kitchen, an instinctive “foodie!” I have cooked for dignitaries, customers, my family of eight, and friends, with years of experience, refining and honing my skills. I’m a consummate professional, I am conscious of time frames, and believe that when people entertain they expect and pay for perfection, so I deliver just that!
