My name is Teilmann Hansen. I'm a chef and co-founder of a ghost kitchen called Enigma Chef. We sell high-end food on DoorDash that has gotten nothing but 5-star reviews including 5-star reviews on Google. I incorporate the sous vide French cooking technique made popular by Thomas Keller from the French Laundry. I have 5+ years of personal/private chef, caterer, and use to own a food prep company called Health and Fitness Meals. I can create and customize food to any diet/preference.
