As a wedding officiant, I create fun, creative, intimate and personalized ceremonies. If I don't make you and your guest laugh, cry and love the ceremony, I haven't done my job! Hire me if you want a magically inspired ceremony.
I always tell my clients, it is your wedding, not mine, Let's do something unique that reflects your love and your relationship.
I have been doing this since 2004. I don't think I have seen everything, but I have seen a lot.
I'm retired military, which makes me super organized. I honour same-sex couples and I am delighted to assist all, so if you want an officiant that lives in a bubble of love, that's me.
Finally, I am authorized in 5 states. West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, DC and Pennsylvania.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet in person. It's so much more informative for me and you. However, if that is not possible, then we can do a video call, like zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially, I was self-trained, but my MS degree and my classes at the International Metaphysical Churches has definitely enhanced my skills. I am also a professional vocalist which helps me to use my sound system and my voice to emote.
A few years ago, I used to train officiants and I have written several books for couples and officiants to help with the ceremony process.

Come to me $100 (total time 15 minutes)
I come to you $150 plus Travel at .59 per mile round-trip
5-minute ceremony
Come to me $150 (total time 20 minutes)
I come to you $300 plus Travel at .59 per mile round-trip
Magic Heart Package 1 –$495
Perfect for the couple who doesn’t want a rehearsal but wants a personalized ceremony.
Up to 2 ceremony planning meetings included.
(1-Intro meeting,2-final tweaking of ceremony and rehearsal review)
I will travel to your venue; No travel fee, unless the travel time is over 2 hours, then travel is charged at $.59 per mile round trip. Ceremony co-created using the Ceremony Idea Booklet (emailed after the retainer payment and contract is received.) No rehearsal; Couple receives the “RehearsalGuide.”
Note: $150 to add rehearsal (late fee)
Officiant arrives 1-1.5 hour early on ceremony day
(Meets with DJ, on-site coordinator, videographer and photographer. to ensure consistency for the ceremony.
Sets up ritual.)
Microphone system provided.
Couple and parents receive keep sake copies of the ceremony. Officiant signs and mails legal documents.
Magic HeartPackage 2-$595
Perfect for the couple who wants a rehearsal and a personalized ceremony.
Up to 2 ceremony planning meetings included.
(1-Intro meeting,2-final tweaking of ceremony and rehearsal review).
Everything else is the same as above. (Save $50)
How did you get started in this business?
I did my first wedding at the request of a friend in 2004, fell in love with it. Been doing it ever since!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds of couples. Couples with children, couples without. Same-sex couples, heterosexual couples. Transgendered couples. All colours, all genders and all religious backgrounds are welcome. All financial levels too!
