Well, I believe whats 1st in a good customer realationship is comunication. You can tell me whats bothering you about your garment, and I can fix it, help you understand it, or make suggestions. My store front was in the laurelhurst/university village neiboorhood for 40 years, with more than 5 of us helping you, on any given day. It was a great realationship, and helpful service. Due to covid, I now have a work space in my home to assist you.
I enjoy many things about my work, but have to say, whats at the top of the list is when a customer leaves with there suit, dress, pants, ect., in hand, they wont be pulling and tugging on there clothes ...
