Silver Slice Bakery, Inc. is a certified minority woman-owned corporation that started in 2009 operating as a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer and caterer of gluten-free (GF) and plant-based products aimed at direct consumers who have dietary constraints. Our products are gluten-free and plant-based pizzas crusts, vegan meals and desserts, gluten-free fresh baked breads, pastries and executive lunchbox sandwiches. Our current customer base consists of Hyatt Regency Seattle, The Thompson Hotel and Amtrak.
