I go by the name Jaguar, and I am the calm in the storm. With 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I earned my Culinary Degree, worked both front and back of the house, took on roles as a personal chef and executive chef, and eventually founded Dancing Chef Events in 2021. Additionally, I've been dancing, specializing in partner styles, and performing since the age of 19, even participating in the show So You Think You Can Dance. I discovered my silver thread - creating experiences through food and performance that elevate individuals by engaging all senses.
What sets my business apart is the celebration of diversity, embracing a range of cultures and preferences, from Norwegian, Swedish, German, Tuscani, Nigerian, to Latin or a desire for good Southern food. LGBTQ+ and Polyfriendly, I am also well-versed in accommodating special dietary needs, including paleo, gluten-free, and sports nutrition.
I prefer hosting smaller parties of 40 and under. The specific method involves collaborating on a theme, where I craft a story and design a menu based on that theme. Local talent is enlisted to help execute the story, with attention to decorations and stage setting. On-site, I ensure the success of your event, wearing many hats to guarantee an absolute success with your guests in mind.
