What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll typically do a phone or chat consultation, and discuss the project. I'll then send a bid/proposal to my client to finalize the project requests, and an estimated result. Once it is approved, Appointment Date and Time will be scheduled and confirmed. Reminder calls available upon request.
