About
Welcome to B&C Productions with Chefs Bex and Coden, with a passion for food that ignited in our childhood kitchens, we have spent over 10 years honing our skills and expanding our palates. Our culinary experience spans a variety of cuisines, from the rich flavors of Hispanic dishes to the bold spices of Asian cuisine.
Coden began his formal training at the Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University, where he mastered the fundamentals of cooking and baking. Since then, he has had the privilege of working in renowned restaurants, where he collaborated with talented chefs and learned the art of presentation and flavor balancing.
Bex began her formal culinary journey at Johnson and Wales University majoring in food service management. She has had the privilege of working at exclusive members only resorts and corporate tech companies creating high value menus and conducting recipe testing that has diversified her palate and knowledge of specific dietary practices.
Our culinary philosophy centers around using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create vibrant, nourishing dishes. We believe that cooking is not just about feeding the body but also about bringing joy and connection to the table. Whether experimenting with new recipes or perfecting traditional favorites, we strive to inspire others to embrace the art of cooking.
