Hi there! I’m Chef Guy, owner of It’s A Guy
Thing Food Truck & Catering. I graduated
from Le Cordon Bleu with an Associate of
Business in Culinary Arts, and my love for
food has led me to specialize in vibrant,
flavorful Mexican dishes, with a touch of
Italian influence. Over the last decade, I’ve
crafted meals that blend traditional and
contemporary flavors.
I take pride in tailoring each menu to fit my
customers needs, ensuring every catering
experience is personal and memorable.
Beyond the kitchen, I’m married to my
amazing wife, Maureen, and proud father
of Guy Jr. and Ruben. Originally I’m from
California, I've called Arizona home since
2005. When I’m not serving up delicious
dishes, you can find me actively involved in
my local church and cheering on my
beloved Dallas Cowboys!
