What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer makes an appointment for a fitting or to drop off work to be done. Fittings aren’t always necessary. I offer digitizing services for digital embroidery. Monogramming towels, blankets and clothing which requires the customer to selevt thread color and embroidery fonts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of instruction in all types of sewing and specialized machinery.

Basic hemming is $15 per pair of pants or jeans
zipper replacement starts at $15
hemming drapery panels $20 per panel up to 48”
$35 for lined panels.
Formal hems $25 per layer for normal two layer chiffon bridesmaid or prom gown.
Wedding gowns are appointment only for estimate. .
How did you get started in this business?
learned to sew at the age 8 from my mother. I never stopped.
