I have been a Minister for 28 years. Fully bilingual. Speak both Spanish and English. I have done "Spanglish" weddings as well.
I see weddings as opportunites to remind people of God's love for His children. The union of two individuals in marriage is only possible by God's grace. I am there to make the couple's wedding day a happy and joyous ocassion. I am not there to "preach" but rather to unite 2 lives in Holy matrimony. I like to make people smile and sometimes laugh but never distracting from the couple's most memorable day of their life.
