My name is Shawnny - I am the Chef & Creator of Blissful Boards & Catering in the Valley

I have 8+ yrs of private chef experience and catering

We specialize in large grazing spreads, charcuterie boards along with Hors d’oeuvres and more! We create many

Styles of cuisines to meet our clients needs for their special event.

-A little bit about myself -

Since a young girl, I have lived in Southern Mexico many times and Arizona.

Therefore, I have a very close relationship with Mexican Culture and Cuisine. Since then, I would be around my mothers cooking and that is how I developed a passion for Homemade Mexican Cuisine in the beginning of my journey.

My father was also passionate about the culinary world and owned many restaurants in Mexico, one of them still open in Puebla, Puebla. MX.

Along my Culinary Journey and graduating Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Az

I developed other styles of cooking - Thai, Indian, Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese and many more!

BB was born out of my love for Charcuterie boards, pairing ingredients, intricate prepping, creativity and the best of all, the challenges and many yrs in the kitchen with endless creativity and that is what BB is, endless and blissful creativity!
