What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let them explain what their needs are. Work out the basic particulars. Come to a understanding of the cost of the event.book the event. Recieve a 15% deposit . To lock in the date ,and time for both of us.

3 years. Vocational culinary
2 years Johnson & Wales Culinary degree
How did you get started in this business?
My father was a Chef. I worked in the restaurants and country clubs with him. went to vocational school then graduated J & W Culinary. I have been doing this a long time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
weddings , graduations , birthday's , etc. just about anything you need for an intimate event.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk with them in person. If they make you feel comfortable, then That person is right for you.
