I do hand rolled pasta the traditional method. So many flakes on this site. Find me on the gram search for THE PASTA CONSIGLIERE !! First I make dough out of eggs and flour, then I put the dough through my imperia pasta roller. This creates unbelievably lite noodles that taste far superior to boxed.
