We hired Absolut Bartending & Catering for our event and were absolutely blown away! From the first phone call to the end of the night, everything was seamless and professional. The staff was friendly, punctual, and went above and beyond to make sure our guests were taken care of. The bar setup looked amazing and the drinks were delicious — everyone kept complimenting how smooth the service was. The catering was just as impressive; the food came out hot, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they take pride in what they do! Shawnny returned my initial call right away. After a brief intro we got right to business. Shawnny wanted to know what my vision for the dinner party was and from our conversation, she came up with a great idea so we went with it! Shawny showed up early to the VRBO and started prepping our meal. We agreed to sit down at 5:30 PM and she was right on time Shawny and Brenda her sous chef plated our four course meal with exquisite table service, the best I’ve ever had. Total professionals, but more importantly friendly kind and beautiful. I forgot to mention that on Thursday the day everybody arrived Shawny brought over a beautiful charcuterie with homemade sauces one of them being goddess sauce, yum yum. Everything on the charcuterie was edible and beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Shawnny, the chef of Blissful Boards to anyone who asks. Omg! So i booked last minute for my girlfriends birthday, talked to alexis and she sent me a menu from chef Brian and Shawnee within hours of booking. They showed up and made the absolute best steak i have ever had in my entire life!!!! Highly recommend!

Working with Rose was such a delight! The menu options were incredible that I wanted 2 options of everything and she made it happen.
