Cooking has been my passion since childhood, a flame ignited at seven years old. With 12 years of experience honed in the fast-paced heat of commercial kitchens, and as a sous chef since 2023, I pour my heart and soul into every dish I create, from the simplest to the most complex.

I hired Jessie for a private bachelorette dinner party, and it was an amazing experience! Everything was delicious. She was so kind in willing to craft a customized menu that perfectly fit our tastes and dietary needs. I can’t stop thinking about the bruschetta we had to start. I still think about it to this day haha! Then the caesar salad and chicken cacciatore she made were both so rich in flavor and the chocolate and pistachio cannolis were the perfect final touch. Chef Jessie’s passion and skill truly shone through and Im just so grateful to have had her.
And so overall, I highly recommend Chef Jessie—you will not be disappointed. She really made it such a special time! :)

Wonderful experience having Jessie in the kitchen. Her flavor combinations are creative and delicious, and dinner looked like a work of art! Super professional, an excellent communicator, and a delightful collaborator. Cant wait till we work with her again!

Jessie is incredible! Her range of cooking from poke bowls to fried chicken to carbonara can’t be beat! Jessie punctual, kind, helpful, and does immaculate meal planning. Her food makes us want to stay in rather than eat out at the best restaurants. We are so grateful for Jessie and she is a part of our family!!
