I believe two things must be in place to be a great chef: an absolute love for cooking, to the point when you finish a meal you're already thinking about the next. Second, to be completely taken by the act of feeding others, especially when feeding total strangers.
Our theme is farm to table and we always use the freshest ingredients, free range chicken, grass-fed beef and sustainable seafood.
