Creating signature dishes and being creative with food is therapeutic. There are so many possibilities with fresh ingredients! My passion is seeing people happy, healthy and full. Every thing I make out of love is truly from my heart to the table of every customer & client I serve. I began catering over 18 years ago when my love for food and serving others became a business I am passionate about.
I love to serve others and see the joy, unity and laughter that good food brings. I enjoy tailoring foods and creating according to the needs of every client and seeing the pleasure and surprise upon them getting the satisfaction desired.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I prefer a face to face or phone meeting to discuss needs, wants and to get a feel for the customer and event. I use this time to get all pertinent information as it relates to allergies, must haves and to fine tune particular details for the event.
