What stands out most about my service are extra perks I offer by going over and beyond all that has been asked of me, with an element of surprise. By instinct, I am a producer, and every project I take on is actually a production of art or entertainment, depending on the audience, and might include performances, lighting, special effects, or etc. My joy is in creating a magical, memorable, unforgettable, creative and unique experience or product that is greater than my clients' expectations. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and rapport is everything. I begin with a conversation first, to be sure that our work experience will be a good match. Then, I inquire of the customer what it is they are looking for to determine how I am best able to help. I share with them what it is I'm able to offer and what my ideas are for their project or event. From that conversation, I will prepare a written proposal. Once agreements are made, signatures are placed, and deposits / retainers are procured, we will proceed with making appointments and so forth.
