What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are by appointment. We can schedule the fitting at our convenient location in Irvine/Newport Beach area, or we can come to you. Once we've fitted to your liking, we will provide cost and timing for your services. If more fittings are needed, we can schedule follow-ups.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tan has over 30 years of alterations experience with high end luxury brand names clothing, wedding dresses, evening dresses, men's suit, and anything you can name.
