Personally I offer private chef dinner or cooking lessons. I am a culinary professor for both Cerritos College and LATTC.
I also have a food truck called Hangry Belly and we offer a wide range of cuisines with our primary cuisine being American comfort food but with my intense culinary background I can offer what you are looking for!

typically need two weeks advance notice. Require a deposit for services to lock in dates. Food is to be picked up, however delivery can be made available with a delivery charge.
