What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we find out what services the customer is looking for, if it's a catering event or a more intimate service with a personal chef. I then go over menu options available at the time and pricing which is based on market price. After that, we will discuss the day and how long we are needed, and a invoice will be sent to the customer at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have staff that has professional training in being a chef and pastry chef. We also have staff that's been in the food industry for 6+ years.

Pricing is based on how many people is being cooked for and the type of food the customer wants. Pricing also depends on the type of services needed. For example, if the customer would like the food to be buffet style or if we have to stay at the event and serve the food. Travel distance is also a factor in pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
Always loved cooking and people always wanted to purchase meals or wanted me to cook for them, so I made a business out of it. Cooking is a art form that allow me to express myself through the meal, and seeing the clients face of pure joy makes it worth it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with customers from all walks of life. I've done catering for a party of 50 and I also have done corporate events.

I'm fond of all my events because the same amount of love and care is put into every event.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know how many people you are looking to feed and the budget you have for each individual guest.
