Hello. I am a chef with over 20 years experience in every aspect of the kitchen. For 15 years of that I was an executive chef and kitchen consultant. I specialize in traditional Mexican recipes with a modern presentation. I am the former owner of a food truck which had vegan options for over half of my menu. I don't just cook Mexican food however.
