The ideal couple desires to have Pre-Marital Counseling. It can be a two hour Zoom meeting or we can go through the whole book which takes a month. Harrison Pastoral Services Does Not perform ceremonies without Pre-Marital Counseling.
I enjoy meeting new people and being part of their lives at this life event. I want to get to know you so that your wedding ceremony is personal. Your ceremony will reflect your personality and your union with God and one another.

This business is woman owned. The Pastor/Wedding Officant is Female.
All weddings require two 2- hour Counseling sessions.
I am vaccinated from COVID-19.
I accept Paypal. PayPal allows Cash, debit card, and credit card. No Exceptions.
Basic Package: $391.00 Includes:
Pre-Marital Counseling: 2- 2-hour sessions. $200.00
1 free Ceremony Planning session
Officiant $150
License Fee: $28.00
Processing Fee: $13.30
Couple p/u Marriage License, Officiant Files it with the Office.
Counseling and program planning may be done via Zoom.
Cancelation Fee: is the deposit plus any mileage fees that have incurred at the time of cancelation. .
$0.58/mile Mileage fee.
During the COVID-19 pandemic it is possible for the ceremony to be via zoom; but the officiant must have the wedding license in hand already signed by the witnesses. THERE CANNOT BE ANY CROSSOUTS on the License.

Day of Wedding Planner--You have the musician, the wedding party, and the DJ yet you are unsure of how to coordinate everyone into a beautiful event I can help. Cost $1500.

Assistance writing Vows: $50.00
Relational or Marriage Counseling: $85--135/hour. A 24- hour Cancelation period or a session cost will be charged. I usually meet people in a Public Library at half way meeting point will reserve a study room. Right now we will utilize Zoom video conference.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the client by phone, or email, set an in-person meeting. We will meet at in a study room at a local library at mid point between our locations.
2) Facilitate 4 (2 hour) pre-marital counseling sessions. I use SYMBIS and it provides a foundation for your future relationship. Couples who have been married before glean a great deal of practical wisdom from this program.
3) Wedding Ceremony Planning Session. We will have a 5th session (free) for the purpose of planning your ceremony. This is the time for stories, selecting scripture, songs, poetry. Personalizing your day.
THE WEDDING LICENSE:
License: It is the couple's responsibility to pick up the marriage license from the clerk's office. The officiant will sign it on the wedding day and has 10 days to file it with the clerk's office. It will take the clerk's office 10 business days to have the official copy ready for your purchase and that amount is usually $10 dollars.
4) Rehearsal. I will arrive forty-five minutes to an hour ahead of time. The wedding party and all folks involved need to be present. I will line up the wedding party how they are to stand. We will walk through the ceremony.
5) Quote without Rehearsal. I will arrive forty-five minutes before the ceremony and line up the entire wedding party, how they will stand.
6) Wedding Ceremony. I will arrive forty-five minutes before the ceremony for a sound check.
7) Day of Wedding Coordinator So you have all the professionals you need but they need to be directed so that your day will go smoothly. I will gladly provide this service for an additional fee of $1500. I will arrive an hour before the ceremony.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Julie M. Harrison, M.A., has a degree in Biblical studies, including courses in Pastoral Counseling, and Crisis Intervention. She is an ordained minister. She runs a Hospital and Visitation program at her church. She is also a Chaplain, certified through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, through which she is also certified to counsel Law Enforcement. She is a Fire Department Chaplain.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED THE DAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT VIA Paypal. If the money does not clear PayPal,the event will be canceled.
All Counseling is available on Zoom.
How did you get started in this business?
I was raised on the mission field in Africa, on a mission station that inspired me to attend Bible College, where I earned a degree in Theology. I provided my friend with sixteen years of marriage counseling. She would compare what I said to her paid counselor and often we had given her the same advice. I took this as a sign that counseling is one of my spiritual gifts.
