What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I do recieve contact from a potential wedding service client it's my responsibility to; make contact via phone & email to discuss & possibly confirm the date, time, location & fee for service with ceremony details to follow. This will include marriage counseling if needed as well as wedding rehearsal details.
