Our passion for excellence has driven us from the beginning, and continues to drive us into the future. The team at Chef Gilbert's Kitchen knows that every ingredient counts, and strives to make the entire culinary experience as rewarding and fun as possible.
Chef Edrina Gilbert formerly known as "Chef Edrina Guinyard" is the CEO. I am a double graduate of Johnson & Wales University Charlotte. I have a (AS) degree in Culinary Arts and a (BS) degree in Food & Beverage Entrepreneurship. I am a loving wife and mother of one! The idea of this business was inspired when my mother died late October 2019
I have worked at a Five Star Forbes Resort located in Kiawah Islands, SC. I have also cooked for over 5 different NFL teams.
