What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideal way would to call me at 415-706-65648 and lets talk about your vision for your function and lets come with a collabrative menu suggesstions. After hearing your suggestions I put them in a proposal forment and present it to our customers. Then we tweek as necessary to come to a point where we totally align.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ben in the business for 40 plus years managing owning and operating some very upscale restaurant businesses. I have been the food and beverage director of Fairmont Westin St Francias and Hyatt hotels over a span of 20 years.
With me its all about my love and passion for food and beverage hospitality business and I love to create smiles on my customers faces. There is bigger thrill than that for me.
