My name is Melanie Cecconi, and I am French-Italian born and raised in New York City.
Having recently relocated to San Francisco from Paris at the start of 2024, I bring with me a wealth of culinary expertise acquired through my culinary diploma at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and a transformative internship at Apicius, a Michelin-starred restaurant. During my time in Paris, I had the privilege of studying under renowned chefs such as Eric Briffard, Matthieu Lecomte, and other influential mentors, shaping my culinary skills and refining my techniques over nearly two years.
My dedication to the culinary arts and passion for creating exceptional dining experiences drive my desire to contribute to private households seeking a creative chef with growing skills! Beyond my formal education and internship, I have developed proficiency in various culinary styles and possess a keen understanding of dietary preferences and restrictions.
