What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get the most important information about the type of meals they need. We offer them a menu accordingly with a formal estimate and follow up with them in a day or two.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Executive chef and owner, Chef Fitch, graduated in 2005 form "The Art Institute of California" with a degree in Culinary Arts and has been professionally catering since 2008.
