I have always love to Barbecue. What’s Makes my food so good is that I make all my own rubs and sauce and the sides are homemade and have a special rub in them. Nothing to salty or over smoked. I like my customers to taste the meat, the rub and a little smoke.The sauce is not needed but if you like sauce then it’s the icing on the cake. What ever your event is please consider us. I love firing up that BBQ pit or Smoker the air filled with wooding burning and hearing the meat Sizzle on the BBQ just make me love my work so much. Its been a passion since I was 13 yrs old.     Usually a customer goes to my website chooses what he or she would like. Then they fill out a submission form. I’ll recieve it and review it and ask any questions I might need to make a quote. Then send it over to the customer. Then if they like the numbers, then will setup a tasting and if all goes well I have the quote with me and will sign it and go over details.
