I like to know a little bit about your party is it a graduation party corporate event birthday party do you have a theme.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school in 1991 and have been catering for 20 + years I had my BBQ trailer (kitchen on wheels) my full story is on my website.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I usually do a per person and I also do a bulk food price give us a call and we can discuss in more detail.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We just did a party at a Napy winery on 10/15/2021 and we got to serve some great people from Canada, Washington D.C, Florida, Texas it was a blast and the tri tip and cowboy chili was a hit.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around be willing to pay a little more for somone who will come to your party and really care about everyone detail, go the extra mile to make your party a memory for the books.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How many dishes you want what kind of crowd do you have.
