The most important thing to do with new customers is to listen and make your I understand the following questions.
Who are they?
What are their needs, hopes and desires for any given project?
The next step is to determine if we're a good match for their requirements and if I can truly achieve what they want.
After the previous is established we can move on and flush out the details in an open. honest way.
My goal is to build trusting, long lasting, mutually beneficial business relationships.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We price all of our jobs in the same manner. We don't pad our prices for special occasions like weddings.

We work with a large range of clients. From solo entrepreneurs (headshots, promo videos), families (portraits, weddings, events) large companies (events, concerts) to educational institutions (online courses, video projects).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Think about the entire process and not just the end product. Does the pro listen to your needs or are they telling you what they think you should do.
Expert adice is great. However, as the client your needs and requirements should come first.
