A Man For All Seasons Catering
About
Celebrations surrounding your nuptials are as varied and should be more tailored to your needs than ever before! Receptions have reinvented themselves from cocktail parties with passed hors d'oeuvres - to buffets and traditional sit down meals - to family style and table side service and a myriad of DIY "stations". A standard wedding reception is often preceded by a rehearsal dinner which has nearly one quarter the guest list of the actual wedding. The menu and ambiance must be non-competitive in nature and different than those items chosen for the reception.
In recent years, late-night snacks or after 'suppers' have become the norm for guests who party with the newlyweds into the wee hours. Upper Crust is proud of our complete Signature Slider menu and Charcuterie displays with cold fruits for the summer months and grilled veggies in the cold weather with a Gruyere and Swiss Cheese Fondue and hot non-alcoholic beverage bar.
In addition, post wedding brunches have increased in popularity! Again, serving many family members, close friends, and out of town guests. Our brunch menus range from Continental-style Muffin, Croissant and Bagel Basket, to a more extravagant Signature Ice Cream French Toast and Eggs Benedict in a variety of styles as the headliners accompanied by a coffee bar.
and Galas
Over the years, Upper Crust Catering has successfully assisted organizations and foundations such as Denver's Boys and Girls Clubs and The Make A Wish Foundation, entertaining their donors and setting the stage for generous giving. Whether a cocktail party atmosphere with butlered hors d'oeuvres or a lavish sit down dinner, we are known to please the most particular palates.
Milestone Events
Seemingly every day occurrences and life's accomplishments can be the best reasons for celebration! Birthday's, Bat/Bar Mitzvah's, Graduations, Retirement Parties, Family or Workplace Barbeques, Over the years, Memorials and Celebrations of Life, have become a specialty of ours. Helping you and your family to enjoy good food and carefree entertaining is our single goal. Whatever your needs, we offer drop off or full service Signature Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, Entrees, and theme party menus: Raw Bars and Clambakes, Mardi Gras, French Crepes, Mexican, Italian, Swinging 50's...you name it and we can produce it!
I love the joy, community, and conversations that can surround a finely and lovingly crafted meal.
