About
In an exciting, highly competitive Denver food scene, our niche is quite simple—we serve food that is of the highest quality, and provide service that greatly exceeds our guests expectations at every turn. While our goals may be unpretentious, we are unapologetically ambitious. We believe the confluence of offering the highest possible degree of food quality and service allows us to provide our clients with a superior experience and unbeatable value, leading directly to our ascent as Denver’s premier caterer.
At Biscuits and Berries, we’re all about the details—the little things that take your experience from good to extraordinary. Our team is always ready (and excited!) to make sure your event is not only memorable for its delicious, top-quality food, but the customer service, flexibility, and unique special touches we proudly deliver every time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We customize our proposals to best fit your needs and budget. Menu items are all priced individually and can be combined to create your one-of-a-kind menu. Depending on your needs, proposals also include pricing for staffing (based on venue logistics, guest count, and menu/service style), as well as rentals like dishware and linens.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company—and our culinary department—is guided by our General Manager Deryk Schnepf and Executive Chef Andrew Radebaugh, both of whom grew up in the Denver fine dining scene and expect nothing short of unbelievable food, with an insatiable desire for quality and constant creative innovation.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our menus are customized to your needs, so as such - our pricing is highly customizable to fit your unique needs. We are highly transparent with our pricing and very competitive within the marketplace and would be more than happy to discuss budget to give you the best possible value.
How did you get started in this business?
In 1991, armed with just $7,000 and a dream, Micki Neely—lifelong culinarian and service professional—combined a passion for food with an appetite for outstanding customer service to turn a failing business into one of the top five Colorado caterers, Biscuits and Berries. Since the beginning, Biscuits and Berries has been a pioneer in Colorado’s catering scene. Not only were we the first catering company in Denver to serve hot corporate lunches, we were also the first to specialize in creating from-scratch meals, made completely on site.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are truly a full-service caterer, which means we work with brides and grooms for weddings, c-level executives for galas, and administrative professionals for delivered corporate breakfasts, lunches, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Spend a bit of time perusing our menus, styles of service, etc., to have a basic idea of what you think you're looking for. That way when you contact us, we can have as productive of a conversation as possible - your time is valuable!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budget, service style, timeline/basic foundation and structure for the event.
