I want to make people excited about dining again. The commercial restaurant has limitations that we simply don't have. I spent 16 years in commercial kitchens, 10 years in a kitchen management role. Working for some of the top chefs in Denver. We create delicious food the way you want it, wherever you are.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a basic sliding scale. More simple/buffet style catering starts at 30 dollars a person. A similar price for "delivery only" catering.
Most private parties start at 60 dollars a person.
We generally don't do a price per hour + ingredients pricing scale. We just do a flat rate.
What types of customers have you worked with?
People from all walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently did a 5 course plated French Menu in a cabin! It was ambitious and hard to pull off. (Cooking over a fire and such.) Ended up working out great!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Listen to the passion of the chef. NOT the experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a basic idea of the kind of cuisine you would like for your party, amount of people, have ideas or be open to ideas.
