HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN COOKING?
I have been cooking since I was a child learning in the kitchen with my mother and grandparents. Professionally, I have been cooking for over thirty years.
I use my passion for cooking towards spreading the L.O.V.E (Let Our Village Eat) a charity which I started in 2020 to help support and feed communities throughout the State of CT and boardering states that were impacted financially due to the pandemic. Letourvillageeat.com

Through my foundation (L.O.V.E.)we were able to cook and serve over 4000 citizens,front liners, and first responders during the pandemic

Don't be afraid to ask questions pertaining to ingredients and portion sizes to avoid any misunderstandings during the event
