Culinary professional with 50 years of experience in the food industry. I have worked in Hotel, Restaurant, Country Club, as a Personal Chef and
High-end Assisted Living and for numerous caterers and a member of the Culinary Federation. My specialty is Pastry and had a wedding cake business. My experience is also in working with clients with special dietary restrictions. I participated in chef competitions among fellow chefs, meals for Foreign Diplomats, Music Celebrities.
I specialize in home events, from birthday parties, anniversaries, cocktail parties, buffets and formal dinners, etc.
I use fresh and quality ingredients and prepare the meals on site.
I offer Personal Chef service, Cooking Lessons, create edible center pieces, and specialty in pastry.
I will meet with you and discuss the event, plan the menu so on the day of the event you can relax and enjoy your day.
My goal is to provide you and your guest with an enjoyable dining experience.
For events I charge for the cost of food plus labor
Cooking Lessons start $100 per person and up.
