Our staff are made up of primarily prior service military chefs and club managers with more than 50 years of experience. We provide both corporate and social catering services throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. We can accommodate any situation from drop off to full service of 3000+

How did you get started in this business?
I started this business when someone requested a ice sculpture of a kangaroo at the Australian Embassy. And they also ended up needing catering as well because something happened with the caterer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with the inauguration of Bill Clinton in feeding of the bands more than 2000+ musicians. Numerous musicans Gerald Levert, Shaba Ranks, Brian McKnight, Phyllis Hyman, Rupaul Organizations like National Council of Negro Women Dorothy Height, Jesse jackson PUSH, Home Depot Tom Joyner, WMATA, House of Represenatives, Prince George's County Government, District of Columbia Government
