I gain a lot of experience working under great executive chefs from different countries. I went to culinary school to expand on my knowledge and in the process I learned great techniques. I cooked for my family and then friends then open a little patty shop in the corner street in Jamaica. I knew there were more to cuisines than cooking Jamaican cuisine so I enrolled in culinary school while working for Executive chefs from Italy and China. With that expanded knowledge i fuse my Caribbean cuisine with dishes from America, Asia and Italy. You will enjoy dishes such as Jerk Meatballs, Jerk BBQ Chicken and many more. Not into Fusion. We will definitely adjust our menu to fit your needs. If Italian is more your style we will make you a tasty Chicken Piccatta, Chicken Parmesan etc. You name it we make it.
