I have been a professional for over 25 years. I started cooking when I was about 10 to 15 years old. And not just hotdogs but full course meals for my family. I have always had a passion for food/ cooking and always wanted to pursue it. I have a journal that I basically sleep with full of ideas for recipes, names for my future restaurant, menus and prices. My love for cooking and creating has landed me many of opportunities to do what I do best. My specialty is American cuisine. But my plan is to learn as much as I can as far as other food cultures and healthy lifestyle cultures. I also specialize in cooking and or catering for large groups. One group inparticular would be the retired Amred Forces Military veterans in Washington DC where I am employed as a food service worker. I have held my Food Handlers Certification since 2016, a certification as a Personal Chef/Caterer from IAP Career College since December 1th 2023 and plan to re-enroll for Business Management. My goal is to make your day a whole lot lighter and brighter if you should choose me to do so. Whatever the occasion, please allow me to leave your taste buds with an overwhelming sensation. AT THE MOMENT I CAN ONLY DO DROP OFF AND SET UP ONLY. PRICING WILL DEPEND ON TYPE OF EVENT, NUMBER OF PEOPLE, FOOD CHOICES AND WILL RUN SOMEWHERE BETWEEN $35 to $95 PER PERSON. PRICES INCLUDE FOOD, SUPPLIES, LABOR, AND TRAVEL EXPENSES π
